1. Website operator and acceptance
This website is operated by Blush Boy Corp. By accessing or using blushboy.org, you agree to these Website Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. These Terms cover the public website and Product preview, not a production SaaS subscription.
2. Development stage and launch plans
Blush Boy Match is in development. December 2026 is the planned launch window, not a guaranteed availability date. Descriptions of catalog management, questionnaires, recommendations, analytics, integrations, or other capabilities are statements of product direction unless explicitly identified as working public preview features. Timing and scope may change.
3. Waitlist and pilot inquiries
A waitlist or pilot inquiry does not create an account, reserve access, establish a subscription, or guarantee participation. Waitlist status, pilot availability, timing, scope, responsibilities, data handling, and any fees will be confirmed separately. This website does not take payments or sell cosmetic products.
4. The Product preview
All products and response data in the preview are fictional. Matching uses simple preference rules for category, finish, and color family rather than AI or independent product assessment. Your choices remain temporarily in the current tab and clear on reload or reset. No real catalog upload, store connection, live customer analytics, or checkout is provided.
5. Product and health information
The preview is informational and is not medical, dermatological, allergy, or product-safety advice. It does not determine whether a cosmetic is suitable or safe for an individual. The future product is intended to support preference-based discovery. Always review actual product labels, ingredients, directions, and warnings, and seek qualified advice where appropriate. No sales, conversion, or other business outcome is guaranteed.
6. Permitted use
Use the website lawfully and only where authorized. Do not attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, interfere with operation, spam the forms, impersonate another person, or submit unlawful, personal, sensitive, confidential, or infringing material. Do not represent fictional preview outputs as real customer data or verified product suitability.
7. Intellectual property and feedback
The website’s branding, illustrations, design, software, and written materials belong to Blush Boy Corp. or their applicable owners and are protected by law. You may use the public preview for internal evaluation. No ownership rights are transferred. You retain rights in feedback you submit and permit us to use it to evaluate or improve the product without an obligation to implement or compensate for it. Do not submit confidential inventions or trade secrets as unsolicited feedback.
8. Communications and privacy
Information handling is described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of information submitted through the website. Online delivery and replies are not guaranteed; an email draft alternative may be offered when direct delivery is unavailable. No response deadline is promised.
9. Availability, warranties, and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the website and preview are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blush Boy Corp. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, or loss of profits, data, or business opportunity arising from use of this public website or preview. Nothing excludes liability or mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be limited, including applicable protections relating to fraud.
10. Changes, other services, and contact
External services and email applications are subject to their own terms. We may update these Website Terms and will change the effective date. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues to apply to the extent permitted by law. Separate signed agreements, if any, govern the services they describe.
