Privacy Policy
Effective October 28, 2026 · Blush Boy Corp.
1. Who this policy covers
This Privacy Policy describes how Blush Boy Corp. handles information connected with blushboy.org, the public Blush Boy Match preview, and business inquiries. It does not describe a production SaaS service or a brand’s future collection of shopper data. Any pilot or production arrangement may require separate terms and notices.
2. Information you provide
When you contact us, we receive the name, work email address, brand or organization if provided, inquiry type, and message you choose to submit. Please provide business information only. Do not send customer records, health information, photos, government identifiers, payment information, or confidential formulas.
3. The public Product preview
The finder uses built-in fictional products and simple preference rules. Your category, finish, and color-family choices remain in memory in the current browser tab and clear on reload or reset. We do not intentionally transmit or persist those choices. The analytics view uses 50 fixed fictional responses and does not include your answers. No AI model, photo analysis, or health profiling is used in this preview.
4. Website information and cookies
Hosting and email services may process technical information such as IP addresses, request details, browser information, timestamps, and delivery logs to operate, troubleshoot, and protect their services. When online inquiry submission is available, a first-party session cookie named blush_contact supports request verification and submission limiting. The website includes no advertising cookies or third-party analytics scripts.
5. How we use inquiries
We use inquiry information to reply, discuss product or pilot requirements, manage relevant correspondence, and provide availability updates requested through a waitlist inquiry. A waitlist inquiry does not enroll you in unrelated marketing. Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on responding to your request, our legitimate interests in relevant business communication and website security, or consent where required. You can ask us to stop availability updates at any time.
6. Delivery and service providers
Validated online inquiries, when supported by the hosting environment, are passed to the configured mail service for delivery to our company contact address. Acceptance by a mail service does not guarantee inbox receipt. If online delivery is unavailable, you may choose to open a prepared email draft. It is sent only if you send it in your own email application, subject to that provider’s terms. Hosting and email providers may handle information as needed to deliver their services.
7. Other disclosures and international processing
We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or security, or in connection with a corporate transaction subject to appropriate protections. Providers may process information outside your country. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
8. Retention and protection
We retain correspondence only as long as reasonably needed to address your request, maintain a relevant business relationship, provide requested availability updates, and meet legal or operational obligations. We periodically review inactive inquiries and aim to remove information no longer needed within 12 months, unless an ongoing relationship or legal requirement justifies longer retention. Provider logs and backups follow applicable operational schedules. No transmission or storage method is completely secure.
9. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to processing of, or request portability of personal information. You may withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Contact robinson@blushboy.org to make a request or stop waitlist updates. We may need proportionate verification and may retain information where law permits or requires. You may complain to an appropriate data protection authority. Browser cookie controls can affect online form submission.
10. Children and external services
This business website is directed to adults and is not intended for children under 18. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted personal information. External websites and email applications have their own privacy practices.
11. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the website or product develops and will revise the effective date when doing so. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate. Privacy questions can be sent to Blush Boy Corp. at robinson@blushboy.org.
